December 29, 2006 in the Guam Legislature’s public
hearing room located at 155 Hesler Place in Hagatna.

A roundtable discussion of the Human Relations Officer Coordinating
Council (HROCC) to review the Council’s activities since its creation
on April 14, 2006.
