Yesterday the legislature sustained the Governor's veto of Bill 364.
Late last night, the legislature introduced and passed Bill 376, which
was a
rewrite of Bill 364 minus about million and a half dollars in appropriations.
Bill 376 which is now P.L. 27-107, is now located at
http://www.bobsoffice.org. It
passed late last night along party lines 9-6. I voted against Bill 376
because the revenue projections are still
too high.
The Governor's press release explaining why he signed Bill 376 into law,
is also now located at http://www.bobsoffice.org.
