8:15am The 28th Guam Legislature will hear several measures next Monday.
One of the bills to be discussed is Bill 383 - a measure that would reorganize
the Guam Election Commission.
The legislation was introduced by Senator Bob Klitzkie, in response to
problems the GEC has had with pasta elections.
Bill 383 would do away with the commission, appoint an administrator
and a board that would only deal with challenges.
